Laurie Brean
J. LAURIE BREAN, Q.C., is counsel to the firm. During
most of his career he was Senior Legal Counsel to CN
Marine and its successor company, Marine Atlantic Inc.,
and latterly Acting President and Executive
Vice-President of that company. He has a wealth of
experience with respect to P & I work, complex shipping
litigation and marine insurance claims. He is also a
former Chairman and Director of a well known P&I Club,
Steamship Mutual (Bermuda) Limited and the Canadian
Shipowners Mutual Assurance Association.
J. LAURIE BREAN, Q.C., is counsel to the firm. During
